Quality Assurance
- Our cleaners and supervisors will always have the most updated version of the site specific cleaning specs.
- Our bespoke CRM Odoo stores all tickets for extra jobs, cleaning requests, improvements etc so there’s a clear record of your site’s cleaning history.
- Our quality assurance team will be regularly checking your site, taking photos and fixing anything overlooked
Cleaner Supervision
Supervisors are a key part of our communication line, ensuring any site cleaning requests are actioned and our cleaners are trained specifically for your site
Supervisors work very closely with your Account Manager to ensure that your cleaning expectations are exceeded BY CMOS
