The key to our consistency is our excellent training and multiple layers of quality assurance. We don’t just have night cleaners taking care of our clients’ sites, we have day cleaners, a supervision and quality assurance team, and account managers. So there are always multiple eyes seeing the job the cleaners are doing.
With this big team, we also have lots of people who can cover clean, so if a cleaner calls in sick at the last minute, there are multiple people who can cover the site.
Whether it’s the supervisors, account managers or even our CEO, someone will come down and clean the site!
To ensure our clients are incredibly happy with their cleaning, we send out net promoter score requests every 4 months and maintain a world-class NPS score.
